Description
Korean Corn Cheese
Ingredients
15.25 oz. can of Sweet Corn (drained)
3-4 Scallions (mostly white part) or about a rounded ⅓ cup sliced
½ of a medium Bell Pepper or about a rounded ⅓ cup chopped about the same size as the
corn kernels
3 Tablespoons of Mayo
⅛ teaspoon of Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1-2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Combine Worcestershire sauce, mayo, seasoning salt and set aside.
In a heavy skillet over medium heat melt better, add about ½ of the corn to the hot pan and
brown lightly. Add scallions, bell pepper and the rest of the corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add Worcestershire, mayo, seasoning salt and stir until corn is well coated. Top with
mozzarella and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
